Ameisen, Hirschk\u00e4fer, Schmetterlinge, Bienen, Raupen, uvm. werden aus n\u00e4chster N\u00e4he beobachtet. Die beiden Regisseure Claude Nuridsany und Marie Perennou haben mit diesen tollen Aufnahmen 1996 den gro\u00dfen Preis der Technik in Cannes gewonnen &#8211; und das wohl zurecht wie mir scheint. Erw\u00e4hnenswert ist weiters, da\u00df bis auf einen Kommentar zu Beginn vollkommen auf einen Sprecher verzichtet wird. Umgebungsger\u00e4usche und Musik erg\u00e4nzen sich perfekt und liefern eine gew\u00f6hnungsbed\u00fcrftige, aber interessante Soundkulisse.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bildqualit\u00e4t ist f\u00fcr eine Dokumentation dieses Alters ganz hervorragend und beindruckt durch plastische Darstellung und knallige Farben. Der DTS-HD MA Ton ist nicht ganz optimal. Einerseits ist der Ton etwas frontlastig, andererseits gibt es immer wieder extreme Lautst\u00e4rkenunterschiede, die mich zum Nachjustieren der Lautst\u00e4rke zwangen.
