Diesmal verkostete ich einen 10-j\u00e4hrigen Balblair, der von Gordon &amp; MacPhail im Jahr 2015 mit 43% abgef\u00fcllt wurde. Der Whisky reifte in Refill Sherry-F\u00e4ssern und First Fill Bourbon-F\u00e4ssern.<\/p>\n<p>Im Glas ist der Whisky hellgold.<\/p>\n<p>Die Nase ist s\u00fc\u00df und fruchtig mit kandierten Fr\u00fcchten, Trauben und Orangen. Dazu deutliche Malznoten und etwas Vanille im Hintergrund. Eine sehr nette Nase.<\/p>\n<p>Der Geschmack war im ersten Moment bitter und schal und schmeckte abgestanden. Danach etwas Rauch mit deutlichem Pfeffer. Der Whisky wird danach s\u00fc\u00dfer mit Orangen und Honig. Gegen Ende deutliche Holzaromen, leicht bitter und sehr trocken.<\/p>\n<p>Der Abgang ist mittellang und w\u00e4rmend, etwas bitter und sehr trocken.
