Der sehr ruhige Western erz\u00e4hlt die Geschichte von Robert Ford und seine Beziehung zu Jesse James und der James Bande. Die Geschichte wird grunds\u00e4tzlich auf eine ansprechende Art und Weise erz\u00e4hlt &#8211; allerdings sollte man daf\u00fcr 2 Stunden und 40 Minuten Zeit haben. Viele der Aufnahmen und Bilder sind sehr gut gelungen, obwohl mir nicht alle der verwendeten Stilmittel in der Bildsprache gefallen. Dar\u00fcberhinaus mu\u00df ich anmerken, da\u00df der Film immer wieder langweilige Passagen hat und sich die Geschichte nur sehr langsam entwickelt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Bild ist bei Nahaufnahmen sehr gut. Bei den teilweise fantastischen Au\u00dfenaufnahmen ist die Qualit\u00e4t nicht ganz auf dem Niveau. Der Dolby Digitalton ist nicht aufdringlich, aber sehr realistisch. Die Dialoge sind gut verst\u00e4ndlich.
