music is and always was a very important part of my life. a couple of years ago i started to enjoy electronic music with all it different styles and almost infinite possibilities. in the middle of 2001 i thought it would be nice to leave the consumer point of view and getting somewhere more in the middle. i bought two decks (technics 1200mk2), a mixer (pioneer djm500) and a few records...... and here we are.
in early 2002 i started my event series called "pure". the first project have been my home sessions which almost automatically lead to the first highlight at the end of july - my first open air party called "pure - the summer sessions - part 1". a few other parties followed later in 2002 where i played various styles in different locations.
2003 i started "pure - the club sessions" at club berlin every second thursday. we had some cool nights there and a few guest djs from israel, netherlands and canada. the club sessions ended march 2004.
Von September 2003 bis Jänner 2005 habe ich gemeinsam mit den DJs Funkybody und Ron Doe eine monatliche Veranstaltungsserie im ra'mien namens MOVE.MENT gehostet. Musikalisch war von House bis Breaks und Tribal und Progressive alles zu hören. Von Zeit zu Zeit unterstützen live Percussions und live Saxophon die DJ Acts. in cooperation with dj funkybody and dj ron doe i hosted club MOVe.MENt @ ra'mien from september 2003 till january 2005. move.ment was dedicated to all kinds of music - from house to breakbeat and from tribal to progressive. from time to time we had live percussion and saxophon supporting the djs.
over the past years i also played at corporate events for levi's and thierry mugler.
on april, 23rd 2005 the promoters of club departure - the best progressive club in vienna - invited me to play the warmup set for dj tommyboy (hungary).
starting in september 2005 jay and ron doe are gonna host new monthly sessions at ra'mien.
